Swim Meet Set Up & Volunteering

Hello Swim Families,

We have a swim meet coming up on December 9th & 10th in Kitimat!

This is a MANDATORY All Hands On Deck Event!

We require the following:

All positions will receive 5 points each for participating for both days, 2.5 points for one day 

12 timers (easy, entry level position!)

6 stroke & turn judges ( clinic required for this position) 

1 Safety Marshall (Possibly Jenni Bogaert from previous years experience)

2 Hytek Meet Manager/Colorado System positions

2 Event Marshall's (possibly Reem Dib + 1 more parent)

2-3 runners (easy positions, posting results on wall, helping where needed/if needed) 

Again, This is a mandatory Volunteer Event. Those who decide not to participate will be charged $30 a point missed to their account (5 points total =$150.00) as per the volunteer policy agreed to when your child was registered.
