Member Financial Agreement

- To pay my monthly swimmer fees in the following manner:
- SwimBC Registration Fee, as well as the first month’s club fees due upon registration day;
- Subsequent fees are due on the first day of each month;
- If my swimmer swims on session in any month, I am responsible for the club’s fee for the month, unless absence is accompanied by a doctor’s note;
- It is my responsibility to inform with written notice to the Club Treasurer & Head Coach if my swimmer quits before the end of the swim year. The effective date is the first of the following month.
- I have read and understand that I am responsible for all my swimmer’s points, regardless of participation.
- The club retains the right to refund registration fees within 30 days of registration should my swimmer does not have the proficiency required for his/her age group.
- The club will invoice members regularly, normally monthly.
- Invoices are due 30 days from the date they are issued.
- If invoices are unpaid after 30 days, swimmers will be considered not in good standing’ and will not be registered for any out of town swim meets.
- If invoices are unpaid after 60 days, swimmers will not be permitted to practice or be registered in any swim meet. A late fee of $10 will be added to the overdue account.
- Monthly repayment plans can be worked on a case by case basis with the members, club treasurer, and club president.
- Member’s accounts with a history of defaulting will be required to prepay for additional training, swim meets, or other services.
