Volunteer Agreement
The Kitimat Marlins Swim Club (KMSC) is a member-run, not-for-profit organization that relies on the participation of the membership to run the Club’s “on-deck” and “off-deck” activities. KMSC’s requires fair participation from all member families to to raise funds for the club and ensure its future. KMSC uses a point system to track family participation activities. Each family must accumulate the requisite number of points by participating in fundraising activities. These activities are assigned different point values based on several factors including time and effort required, skill level, knowledge and club membership.
Each swimmer has an amount of points allocated to the swim group they are in:
Groups | Points | Yearly Points Cost |
Mini Marlins | 10 | $300.00 |
Bronze | 15 | $450.00 |
Silver | 20 | $600.00 |

Swim Fit | 12 | $350.00 |
