Our introductory group for swimmers is aimed to teach them the fundamentals of all 4 strokes, starts, turns as well as breathing, kicking and sculling skills. In addition the swimmers are introduced to the principles of training properly such as circle swimming, clock usage and rules of the sport. The focus is on skill perfection of the basics.

Pre-Competitive : Swim Fit
Swim Fit exists for those swimmers who come out of either Bronze, Silver or Gold that wish to keep swimming at a recreational level. By continuing to train in their teenage years swimmers can move into other life streams in swimming such as lifeguarding, triathlons or teaching.
